This program is for mid-career business people who need to communicate effectively in challenging international environments, master cultural and linguistic nuances, and closely analyze issues from different perspectives. Participants read a variety of texts, engage in case studies, listen to faculty lectures on academic topics, and simulate multicultural business situations in speaking and writing assignments. Many classes are videotaped for peer and instructor feedback so that students may monitor their progress in facilitating teamwork, resolving conflicts, conducting negotiations, and making formal and informal presentations in support of their career objectives.
